October, 1996 Opened a first store, Shinjuku flagship store of "Swimming tiger blowfish specialty restaurant, Tora-fugu Tei” in Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo
October, 1998 Established Tokyo Ichiban Foods Limited Company
September, 2000 Changed from “Limited Company” to “Company Limited,
November, 2000 Moved the head office location from Kabukicho, Shinjuku-ku to Hatsudai, Shibuya-ku of Tokyo.
November, 2001 Opened the first store in Kanagawa Prefecture, “Kannai” store of "Swimming tiger blowfish specialty restaurant, Tora-fugu Tei” in Yokohama, Kanagawa.
May, 2002 Moved the head office location from Hatsudai, Shibuya-ku to Shinjuku 5 chome, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.
October, 2003 Opened, as the tenth store, “Kanda Nishiguchi” store of "Swimming tiger blowfish specialty restaurant, Tora-fugu Tei” in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
December, 2004 Acquired the majority of the investment share of the Shinjuku Live Fish Limited Company (Currently, the consolidated subsidiary of Tokyo Ichiban Foods).
September, 2005 Opened, as the twentieth store, “Ikebukuro-higashi” store of "Swimming tiger blowfish specialty restaurant, Tora-fugu Tei” in Toshima-ku, Tokyo.
March, 2006 Acquired 100% of the investment share of the Shinjuku Live Fish Limited Company (Currently, the consolidated subsidiary of Tokyo Ichiban Foods).
May, 2006 Moved the head office location inside of Shinjuku 5 chome, Shinjyuku-ku, Tokyo.
August, 2006 Opened the first store in Saitama Prefecture, “Warabi” store of "Swimming tiger blowfish specialty restaurant, Tora-fugu Tei” in Warabi City, Saitama.
September, 2006 Opened the first store in Chiba Prefecture, “Motoyawata” store of "Swimming tiger blowfish specialty restaurant, Tora-fugu Tei” in Ichikawa City, Chiba.
December, 2006 Got listed at “TSE Mothers” market, Market of the High-Growth and Emerging Stocks.
September, 2007 As a new type of business, opened head restaurant of "the luxurious nabe(pan) and live squid, Chanko Naniwa chaya”, at Sakuragi-cho.
September, 2007 Opened “Soka” store of "Swimming tiger blowfish specialty restaurant, Tora-fugu Tei” in Soka, Saitama and resulted 51 stores in total.
September, 2009 Re-opened “Fuguyoshi Souhonten”, at Sakuragi-cho, Yokohama City, Kanagawa.
November, 2009 Re-opened “Sakana-no-manma” at Chofu City, Tokyo.
May, 2010 Upgraded “Shinjuku Live Fish Limited Company” to “Co., Ltd.” and changed the name to “Nagasaki Farm Co., Ltd.
July, 2010 Closed “Nakameguro” store and the total number of stores became 49.
September, 2010 Sold “Ogikubo” store and the total number of stores became 48.
October, 2010 Started home delivery service of tiger blowfish dishes.
February, 2011 The consolidated subsidiary of Tokyo Ichiban Foods, Nagasaki Farm has started aquaculture of tiger blowfishes and Kuromaguro (Blue fin tuna) at sea aqua farm.
April, 2011 Re-opened “Fuguyoshi Souhonten” store at Tsunashima, Yokohama City, Kanagawa and re-opened “Sakana-no-manma”, “Delicious sushi and live fishes restaurant” at Shimbashi, Tokyo.
May, 2011 Re-open “Kushinosuke” store, “Delicious sashimi and kushikatsu (Pork fried on a skewer)” at Shimokitazawa.
November, 2012 Added “Osechi”, “Traditional new year dishes” as a part of home delivery service.
December, 2012 Started “Take-out dishes of tiger blowfish” at all the restaurant stores.
May, 2013 Re-opened “Uokuni” store at Kichijyouji, Tokyo.
